5. Money-Back Guarantee

• Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us.

• Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for requests made within the specified period. No refunds will be provided after 14 days.

10. Technical Issues and Downtime

• We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our website and course materials; however, we do not guarantee that access will be error-free or without disruptions. While we may, at our sole discretion, grant extensions to this access as a gesture of goodwill, such extensions are not guaranteed. By purchasing the course, you acknowledge and accept this access limitation.

12. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, labor strikes, cyberattacks, or disruptions to utilities or communications networks. By using our services, users acknowledge and accept this support timeframe.

Mediation shall take place in the jurisdiction specified in the Governing Law clause. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to escalate disputes to court until the mediation process has been completed.
